You may use any of the scripts you find on this page on any site (commercial or private) as long as the following conditions are met

1) The header and copyright comment remains intact at the top of the script.
2) The header and copyright information in the ".js" files remains intact.
3) You do not make the file available for re-distribution either by posting it for download or copying it onto any other storage medium (floppy disk/CD etc...)
4) If you are a JavaScript site you may use the script but you may not re-distribute the script unless you have been given explicit permission, either by the script being submitted to your site, or in reply to an email request.

Please don't steal these scripts for your own profit. Its not nice.
